The metal cylinder lock hides the head of the bolt preventing anyone from being able to remove it.  A key opens the top part giving the owner access and no one else.

A metal disc serves as a nut with 3M tape.  There is no tool that can grab on to this nut.   We take the original washer and nut and place them behind for safe keeping.

Once completely installed, you won't ever need to worry about anyone stealing your valuable anchor.
